I worked on an multi-disciplinary team to apply emerging technologies to human issues
Out of a pool of 100+ applicants, I was chosen to participate in a one day makeathon.
I was placed on a multi-disciplinary team with the goal to create a wallet for digital assets.
Our team decided to focus on how blockchain could be used within healthcare. We came up with "How Might We" statements and explored how we might approach them.
We decided to focus on giving patients autonomy over their medical records and how Blockchain and FaceID could be tools for this.
I worked on visualizing these interactions and preparing an interactive prototype.
I used Sketch to build out interactions from the patient's view and exported these screens to Invision.
I talked through the flow with my teammates and handed off the role of connecting interactions to my teammate Karíme Esper.
We imagine HealthChain to be a digital wallet that provides value for both patients and doctors.
We see it as a tool that can provide patients with ownership of their health data and doctors with a time-saving tool that provides accurate information that can improve how they provide patients with care.
For this project Zach Frew led in building and testing out how Blockchain could be used for this project. Emmeline Cardozo (not pictured) and Karíme Esper were our business designers.
